Become a Housing Provider with Sustain – We are committed to maintaining high standards in supported housing and work closely with our providers to ensure quality accommodation and support. We manage claims, local authority liaison and the associated administration on your behalf, backed by an established track record.

Regulatory and compliance support

Policies and procedures aligned to regulatory requirements, "The Sustain Way" training (claims, support evidence, safeguarding and complaints) and access to a dedicated Provider Portal.

Strategic and operational advice

Regular monitoring, guidance on housing management and tenancy administration, and site visits that help providers keep their practice aligned to regulatory requirements.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Housing Provider with Sustain (UK) Ltd.

We have built our reputation over many years by insisting that all our housing providers deliver a level of accommodation and support above and beyond regulatory and local authority standards.

To maintain the high standards expected of all our providers, we undertake regular and ongoing monitoring of both the properties and the support provided to tenants. Properties are inspected on a quarterly basis, while support provision is reviewed throughout the duration of the partnership. This is through a combination of announced and unannounced inspections.
