Sustain (UK) Ltd was formed in 2009 as a ‘Not for Profit Company.’ (No. 7084201) This was in response to a growing need for quality social housing-related support and accommodation for vulnerable homeless people in the West Midlands.

The vision was that “Vulnerable/homeless people deserve the opportunity to live in housing of a decent standard and that a salaried, committed and trained workforce could be recruited locally that shared this vision.”

As of January 2023, we have a total of 400 properties with 104 housing providers, providing some 1759 beds in the city.

These numbers are growing as we aspire to support the growing number of vulnerable people in society. Therefore, we are looking to expand so that we can support as many people as possible.
