We have built our reputation over many years by insisting that all our housing providers provide a level of accommodation and support above the standards expected by local councils.
To maintain the high standards expected from all our providers, we inspect the properties and the support provided to the tenants a minimum of twice a year. This is through a combination of announced and unannounced inspections.
